Explore our single nucleus RNA sequencing data of Stickleback Brain with SHINYAPP

ShinyApp is an interactive web application that allows users to explore gene activity in the brain of the three-spined stickleback at single-nucleus resolution. Through an intuitive interface, users can browse different cell types, visualize gene expression patterns, and gain insights into how brain cells are organized and function.  The platform enables users to visualize gene expression patterns, examine cell-type-specific profiles, and interrogate datasets in an intuitive and accessible format.   It facilitates identification of cell types and transcriptional states, and provides tools for querying and comparing molecular signatures within the dataset.
