Rennison lab conducts exciting field work in British Columbia

In Summer 2025, members of the Rennison Lab at UC San Diego traveled to the breathtaking landscapes of British Columbia, Canada, for a hands-on research expedition. Their goal was to collect threespine stickleback fish for  a collaborative effort focused on establishing new laboratory lines and performing whole-genome resequencing. This fieldwork marks an important step in advancing our understanding of evolutionary genomics, while offering lab members an unforgettable opportunity to conduct research in the field.
